The HSH type chain hoist is a new generation of multi-purpose manual lifting machinery. It is widely used for equipment installation, loose binding, lifting of goods, tensioning of lines, and welding alignment in industries such as mining, transportation, construction, electricity, shipbuilding, and forestry. Especially in places without power supply and in narrow spaces, it is used for traction, demonstrating its unique superiority.
This product has the following characteristics:
Safe and reliable to use, easy to maintain, high mechanical efficiency, low manual force, flexible operation, durable, lightweight, and easy to carry. The HSH type chain hoist adopts a symmetrical two-stage external meshing gear transmission structure and a spiral load brake, and is designed with a gear clutch device. The main components include a handle brake, long and short axis gears, spline gears, plate gears, chain gears, and chains. Its working principle is as follows: (see figure)
Lifting (or pulling) heavy objects: Place the block in the "upward" position and turn the handle (13),
At this time, the reversing pawl (11), the brake nut (9), the friction plate (8), the ratchet (7), and the brake seat (6) are tightened together, and the long shaft gear (3) and the disc gear (4), the short shaft gear (1), and the spline gear (2) are driven to rotate together. At the same time, the sprocket (5) connected to the spline gear through the flower key drives the chain to lift (or pull) heavy objects.
Place heavy object: Place the block in the "downward" position, turn the handle, and at this time, the reversing pawl will move the brake nut, loosen the friction plate of the brake nut, and the heavy object will descend. When the heavy object descends, it drives the long shaft to rotate, thereby tightening the brake seat and brake nut, and the heavy object stops descending again
