The YJK series compact high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motor (H355-630mm) is an optimized series established by combining a large number of advanced foreign technologies and our design and manufacturing experience.
The JYK series compact three-phase asynchronous motor has the advantages of small size, light weight, compact structure, low vibration and noise, and high reliability. Advantages such as easy installation and maintenance; It is a new generation, high-performance three-phase asynchronous motor.
The shell protection level of this series of motors is based on GB4942.1 and IEC34-5 "Classification of Motor Shell Protection", with a standard level of IP54. Other protection levels can also be made according to user needs.
The cooling method for this series of motors is IC411 according to the standards of GB1993 and IEC34-6 "Motor Cooling Methods". If the user requires other cooling methods, they can negotiate separately.

The basic installation method of this series of motors is the horizontal with feet (IMB3) structure, which complies with the provisions of GB997 and IEC34-7 "Motor Structure and Installation Type Code". The vertical installation method (IMV1) can also be provided.

Structural features:
The YJK series compact high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motor (H355-630mm) adopts a fully enclosed and compact structure, with a protection level of IP54. It has two independent air duct structures inside and outside, and both internal and external fans use low-noise fan technology, which can effectively reduce motor noise.
The machine base and end cover are made of high-strength cast iron material, which has high strength and good rigidity. The machine base and end cover surface are equipped with orthogonal distributed heat dissipation ribs, which have good heat dissipation ability. The inner wall of the machine base is also equipped with heat dissipation ribs at the end of the stator coil and the inner wall of the end cover to further enhance the heat dissipation capacity and improve the rigidity of the machine base and end cover.
The heat loss of the stator core and the linear part of the coil is conducted to the machine base through the stator core, while the heat loss of the rotor and the end of the stator are transmitted to the machine base through the internal air path. The external fan installed at the non transmission end blows the cooling air onto the outer surface of the machine base rib wall, thereby taking away the heat loss of the motor and ensuring that the motor coil and bearing are at normal operating temperature.
The stator adopts an external pressure mounting structure. The stator winding is made of F-class insulation material, with reliable fixing and binding at the ends. During the manufacturing process, it has undergone multiple turn to turn pulse voltage tests and ground withstand voltage tests, and is treated with vacuum pressure impregnation solvent-free paint (VPI) technology. Therefore, the insulation performance of the electric motor is excellent and reliable, with good mechanical strength and strong moisture resistance.
The basic structure of a squirrel cage rotor is a cast aluminum structure, which can also be designed as a copper bar structure according to different usage requirements. It has high reliability and a large moment of inertia for dragging loads.
All standard designed 4-10 pole motors and H355-H450 2-pole motors adopt a rolling bearing structure, and grease or thin oil lubrication is selected according to the center height and speed of the motor, without the need for a forced oil supply system. The 2P motor of H500-H630 or the motor designated by the user to use sliding bearings adopts a sliding bearing structure, and is lubricated by oil ring self-lubricating or forced oil supply according to the load situation.

The main outlet box has an IP54 protection level and can be installed on the right side of the motor (facing the motor shaft extension end) or on the left side of the motor according to user needs. Determine according to the ordering requirements.
