The T2S series small three-phase synchronous generator is a small power generation equipment suitable for internal combustion engine drive, which can be used for power or lighting in urban, rural, factory and mine, enterprise, school, hospital and other units. It is also a convenient power source for agricultural irrigation and mobile operation units. The generator adopts a harmonic excitation system with thyristor shunt, which has high voltage stabilization accuracy. Smaller generators still have a certain self excitation constant voltage capability without using a thyristor shunt excitation system, with stable performance and easy use. The generator adopts a convex pole rotating magnetic field structure. In addition to the armature winding, the stator is also embedded with a third harmonic winding. When the internal combustion engine drives the rotor to rotate, the relative motion between the third harmonic winding on the stator and the rotor magnetic field will generate an AC potential on the harmonic winding. This AC potential is rectified and supplied to the excitation winding, continuously strengthening the magnetic field. The armature winding on the stator will generate an alternating current potential under the continuous strengthening of the magnetic field, which will continue to rise until it reaches the rated voltage and starts stable operation.

The protection level of T2S series small power generators is IP21; B-class insulation; The cooling method is IC411; Continuous quota based on S1 continuous work system; Rated voltage 400V; Rated power factor 0.8 (lagging); Rated speed 1500r/min; The motor is connected in a star configuration with a neutral point; The structural installation types are IMB3 and IMB35. The motor can be made into a humid heat zone type according to user requirements. In addition to meeting the standards for small generators, the humid heat zone type generator also complies with the technical requirements for small and medium-sized motors in the warm heat zone.
The generator should be able to operate at rated capacity under the following altitude and ambient air temperature conditions:
1. Altitude not exceeding 1000m
2. The ambient temperature varies with the seasons, but is not higher than 40 ℃, lower than -15 ℃, and can be -25 ℃ or -40 ℃ as needed.
