I. Overview
The JL-8 series static current relay without auxiliary power supply (hereinafter referred to as the relay) is an upgraded product of static current relay. On the basis of static current relay (requiring the addition of auxiliary power supply) and without affecting its quality, it has been improved and optimized to solve the problem of auxiliary power supply wiring. It is quite convenient to replace the old DL series electromagnetic current relay with this relay. Its size and terminal wiring are exactly the same as the DL type, and there is no need to add wires or change its terminal wiring. It can be directly replaced. It is currently an ideal replacement product.

1. Current setting range: 2A~99.9A, with a step difference of 0.1A.
2. Power consumption: AC circuit power is less than 1VA (at rated AC value).
3. Action time: The action time for 1.1 times the set value shall not exceed 40ms; the action time for 2 times the set value shall not exceed 35ms.
4. Return coefficient: not less than 0.85.
5. Return time: no more than 27ms.
6. Contact capacity: Relay contacts can be connected for a long time with a capacity of 5A, and the breaking capacity is 30W in a DC circuit with an inductive load of voltage not exceeding 250V, current not exceeding 2A, and a constant of 5mS.
7. The electrical lifespan shall not be less than 100000 cycles.

10. Anti interference performance: The relay's resistance to high-frequency interference complies with the relevant conditions specified in DL478-92 "General Technical Conditions for Static Relay Protection and Safety Automatic Devices".
