Scope of application
The RCDFJ series forced oil circulation self dumping electromagnetic iron remover is suitable for places with particularly high requirements for iron removal, such as coal transportation ports, coal to oil, thermal power plants, coal washing plants, and coal chemical industries. It can effectively remove small iron components such as detonators and blasting lines from coal, and can work normally in harsh environments with severe dust, moisture, and salt spray corrosion.

The iron core is made of oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets with high magnetic permeability, which is much higher than that of pure iron materials, improving the stability of the magnetic field.
The iron remover has a short magnetic circuit, low magnetic loss, large magnetic field gradient, extremely low temperature rise (40 ℃), strong iron removal ability, and high iron removal rate.
The excitation coil adopts immersion paint curing technology, which has excellent moisture-proof, dustproof, and anti-corrosion properties, greatly improving the service life of the coil.
The drum waist drum shaped structure has automatic correction function and a specially designed fully sealed bearing seat, which can adapt to applications with high dust on site.
