Introduction to SR90 Series 0.3L PID Regulator

The SR90 series is the latest technological product of Shimada Electric Company in 2002, which highly summarizes the application experience of the SR60 to SR70 series and highlights the design concept of high performance and high reliability. It has free input, display accuracy of 0.3 level, manual function, adjustable output limit, dual set values, dual adjustable output, analog transmission output, digital communication function, and the front panel meets the IP66 protection standard. We have adopted Island Power's non overshoot expert PID algorithm, with two independent PID parameters and complete functions, while the performance price ratio exceeds Island Power's SR73A/SR74A series.
The SR91 series 0.3-level PID regulator makes the operator more eye-catching with high brightness and large character display, with an accuracy of ± 0.3% FS+1 character and a sampling/display cycle of 4 times per second.
Before using the system, the self-tuning function can be activated to find the optimal PID parameters for the system, thereby simplifying on-site debugging and improving regulation quality.
The algorithm of expert PID includes SF overshoot suppression coefficient. Reasonable selection can effectively avoid system overshoot or overshoot.
A 0-100 second power on slow start can be set to reduce the surge current of the load, protect the device, and extend the service life of the heating element to a certain extent.
Output limiting can be used to limit the size and opening of valves, avoiding excessive heating power design and power limitations on certain heating stages of special heating elements.
The second output function (optional) can be used for heating/cooling regulation or main/auxiliary heating control. It is also possible to adjust the dead zone DB of the interaction interval between the dual adjustment nodes, achieving the goal of improving control accuracy and saving energy.
The daytime control of the greenhouse and the preheating or insulation purposes of the heating system require dual setting SB (optional), which can be selected with one contact point.
To prevent deviation from the set range required by the process, the set value limit function can be used to avoid misoperation.
Two sets of independent event relays can be set with 9 types of events, including: upper and lower limit absolute values, upper and lower limit deviation values, and deviation value internal/external alarm modes.
Isolation digital communication interface (optional), optional RS232C, RS485 interface, port address 1-255. We can also provide Himanton optical isolation intelligent RS232/485 communication converter, which can be combined with XF-2000 Chinese window configuration software and upper computer to form a small distributed system.
Analog transmission (optional): measurement value, set value, deviation value, adjustable output transmission, used for on-site data recording, multi zone temperature control or cascade adjustment.
Single phase heater disconnection and heating circuit alarm (optional): Current monitoring range: 0.0~30.0A and 0.0~50.0A
The linear error of the calibrated sensor or the measurement error caused by the placement position can be compensated by setting positive and negative offsets as the display of the measured value PV.
To avoid measurement interference on site, an anti-interference digital filtering time constant can be set.
