Scope of application
The (TH-P) series thermal overload relay (hereinafter referred to as thermal relay) is suitable for overload and phase failure protection of AC motors that operate for a long time or intermittently for a long time with AC 50Hz/60Hz, voltage up to 690V, and current of 0.1-80A.
Thermal relays also have functions such as temperature compensation, action indication, automatic and manual reset, and stop, ensuring stable and reliable product performance.
The thermal relay complies with standards such as GB14048.4 and IEC60947-4-1.
The TH-P series thermal overload relay can be installed in conjunction with a contactor or installed independently.
Normal working conditions
Altitude: not exceeding 2000m
The ambient air temperature ranges from -5 ℃ to+40 ℃; The average value within 24 hours shall not exceed+35 ℃
Atmospheric conditions: The relative humidity should not exceed 50% at+40 ℃, and higher relative humidity can be achieved at lower temperatures. The monthly average maximum relative humidity in the wettest month is 90%, and the monthly average minimum temperature in that month is+25 ℃, taking into account condensation on the surface of the product due to temperature changes.
Pollution level: Level 3
Installation conditions: The inclination angle between the installation surface and the vertical surface shall not exceed ± 5 °
In non explosive hazardous media, where there are no gases or conductive dust present that can corrode metals or damage insulation.
In places with rain and snow protection equipment and not filled with water vapor.
In places without significant shaking, impact, and vibration
