The ZMA/BK-320/160 pneumatic diaphragm multi-stage high-pressure regulating valve consists of a pneumatic diaphragm actuator and multi-stage high-pressure valves. The valve body is a one-piece forging, and the pipeline flange is directly connected to the valve body through bolts. The valve internals adopt a multi-stage pressure reduction structure consisting of a two-stage or four stage valve core and sleeve, which gradually reduces the pressure of the medium. Moreover, the pressure drop on each stage valve core does not exceed the critical pressure drop. Therefore, for liquid media, it can effectively avoid cavitation phenomenon, and for gas media, it can reduce noise. This product is suitable for high pressure differential applications.
