The ZAJZ-64 electric eccentric rotary control valve (hereinafter referred to as the electric bias valve) is controlled by a three position contact switch of the electric control instrument to turn on and off the power supply of the electric actuator motor, thereby achieving the switching action of the electric bias valve and outputting a valve position feedback signal (changing resistance value). When equipped with a servo amplifier, it can receive various signals and continuously adjust the opening of the electric bias valve.
Electric deviation valves have the following characteristics:
1. The valve body has a simple flow path, low resistance, and is suitable for high viscosity and granular media.
Compared with single or double seat valves of the same caliber, it has greater flow capacity.
3. Good sealing and small leakage.
4. Small size, light weight, and good working stability.
5. The valve core and seat can be welded with hard alloy to improve their resistance to erosion and cavitation.
6. No need for additional power supply, simple wiring, and easy debugging.
7. Power off valve position self-locking.
8. Low price, economical and practical.
