The ZAZPF-10/16W electric single seat plastic lined regulating valve (hereinafter referred to as the electric plastic lined valve) consists of two parts: a straight through single seat plastic lined valve and an electric actuator. The valve cavity and internal components of the plastic lined valve are lined with polytetrafluoroethylene (F46), and a PTFE bellows sealing structure is used in the upper valve cover. Therefore, electric single seat plastic lined regulating valves can be widely used for regulating and controlling highly corrosive media such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, aqua regia, various strong alkalis, and strong oxidants.
The lined plastic valve has the following characteristics:
1. Corrosion resistance. The inner cavity of the valve body, valve core, valve seat, and valve stem are all lined with F46 with a thickness of 2.5-3mm, which can resist strong corrosive media such as acid and alkali.
2. Good sealing performance. The upper valve cover and valve stem are double sealed with PTFE bellows and packing.
3. The leakage is small. Due to the soft seal of the valve core and seat, the leakage is small.
4. The DN3/4 and DN40-150 valve body parts are integral structures, while the DN20-32 valve body parts are separate structures.
