The ZHA/BPF-10/16W light and small pneumatic thin film single seat plastic lined regulating valve (hereinafter referred to as the plastic lined valve) consists of a straight through single seat plastic lined valve and a pneumatic thin film multi spring actuator. Due to the lining of polytetrafluoroethylene (F46) in the valve cavity and valve internals, and the use of polytetrafluoroethylene bellows sealing structure in the upper valve cover, the plastic lined valve can be widely used for regulating and controlling media with strong corrosiveness such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, aqua regia, various strong alkalis and strong oxidants.

The lined plastic valve has the following structural characteristics:
1. The valve body of G3/4 and DN40-150 is of integral structure, while the valve body of DN20-32 is of separated structure.
2. The valve body cavity and internal components are lined with F46.
3. The upper valve cover adopts a double sealing form of polytetrafluoroethylene corrugated pipe and packing.
4. The pneumatic type adopts a forward acting actuator, while the pneumatic type adopts a reverse acting actuator.
