The ZDR-35002 series eccentric rotary control valve is composed of the 35002 series eccentric rotary valve imported from Masoneilan Company in the United States and the 3610R series electric actuator produced by Anfeng Thermal Control Instrument Co., Ltd.

Eccentric rotary valve is different from conventional plunger valves, butterfly valves, ball valves, etc. It is equipped with a spherical valve core in a straight through valve body. The center of the spherical valve core is offset from the center of the valve core shaft. When the shaft rotates, the spherical valve core installed on the shaft rotates eccentrically in a convex wheel shape relative to the center of the valve body, and relies on the elastic deformation of the valve core flexible arm to make the spherical surface of the valve core tightly contact the sealing surface of the valve seat, achieving reliable sealing.
