The ZDL-21000/41000 series electric regulating valves include two series: the ZDL-21000 series electric single seat regulating valve and the ZDL-41000 series electric sleeve regulating valve.
The electric control valve consists of an electric actuator and 21000 series single seat valves and 41000 series sleeve valves imported from Masoneilan Company in the United States. Electric actuators can be equipped with 3610L series imported from Japan KOSO, ML series imported from UK Rotork, PS series jointly produced by Shenzhen Wanxun Automation Co., Ltd. and German PS company, etc.

21000 series
The 21000 series single seat valve adopts a top guide structure, which can provide sufficient support to ensure stable operation of the valve core. This valve has good universality and can be applied to process control of various fluids.
1. It has various valve cores, including quick replacement valve cores, low capacity valve cores, soft sealed valve cores, low-noise and anti cavitation valve cores, with a wide range of applications.
2. Adopting a top guiding structure, with a large guiding area and good stability.
3. The leakage is small.
4. The sealing surface of the valve core and seat can be welded with tungsten chromium cobalt hard alloy to improve the service life of the regulating valve.
41000 series
The 41000 series sleeve valve is a cylindrical sleeve inserted into the valve body, guided by the sleeve, and equipped with a valve core that slides up and down inside. The sleeve wall has a window hole with specific flow characteristics, and the valve core moves up and down to change the flow area of the sleeve window hole, thereby achieving the purpose of regulating flow.
1. The rated flow coefficient is relatively high.
2. The valve core adopts a balanced structure, allowing for the use of large pressure differentials.
3. The valve core moves inside the sleeve, with a large guiding area and good shock resistance and wear resistance.
4. Separating the sealing surface and throttling surface structurally reduces the erosion of the sealing surface during medium flow, thereby improving the service life.
5. Strong adaptability, simply replacing the sleeve can meet the requirements of different flow coefficients and flow characteristics.
6. By using auxiliary valve cores, a tight seal can be achieved.
7. Easy to disassemble, inspect, and repair.
