The FEG type lightning protection piercing post insulator is a protective device for fixing insulated wires and preventing overhead insulated wires from being broken by lightning strikes. It is suitable for copper and aluminum overhead insulated wires.
FQB-25kV
Model specification description

performance parameters
1. Lightning full wave impulse withstand voltage (peak value) KV: 100
2. 1-minute power frequency withstand voltage (effective value) KV: 50
3. Power frequency arc current (effective value) KA: 12.4
4. Rated bending withstand load KN:5
5. Electric small nominal creepage distance mm: 360
6. The puncture site is coated with a unique waterproof insulation paste
Installation Instructions
The FEG type lightning protection piercing post insulator is installed on the cross arm, and the nuts can be tightened, which is the same as the traditional installation method of insulators. The arc striking rod is facing the load side. At this time, the outer layer of the conductor should be close to the bottom of the trunking, and the piercing teeth should pierce the insulation layer of the conductor and be closely connected with the internal conductive layer of the conductor. The insulation shield should be installed outside the clamp seat, and the insulation shield should be fixed with a fixing buckle. Refer to the above installation schematic diagram.
