The QBG-3D high-frequency Q-meter is a universal, multi-purpose, and multi range high-frequency impedance measuring instrument. It can measure the quality factor (Q value), inductance, capacitance, distributed capacitance, and distributed inductance of high-frequency inductors, high-frequency capacitors, and various resonant components. It can also measure the effective series and parallel resistance of high-frequency circuit components, the characteristic impedance of transmission lines, the loss tangent of capacitors, the high-frequency dielectric loss of electrical materials, dielectric constants, and so on. Therefore, high-frequency Q-meters are not only widely used in the production, scientific research, quality management, and other departments of high-frequency electronic components and materials, but also commonly used instruments in high-frequency electronics and communication laboratories. This machine is a replacement product for the old QBG-3B high-frequency Q meter, AS2851, and AS2852 high-frequency Q meter. Its testing circuit adopts optimized design, high-quality dielectric materials, and excellent coating technology to reduce residual value. The high-frequency signal source adopts DDS digital synthesis, Q-value measurement and display, which utilizes microcomputer technology and intelligent management. The frequency of the signal source is digitally locked, the resonant circuit automatically searches, and the testing standard frequency is automatically set, resulting in higher testing accuracy and greatly increasing the sorting and testing speed of the production line.
