THJ-1, The Type 2 circuit breaker tripping and closing circuit monitoring relay is used to monitor the power supply for relay operation and whether the tripping and closing circuit is intact. When a fault occurs in the above circuit, a light signal can be emitted locally. The THJ-1 type is a phase separated monitoring relay, and the THJ-2 type is a three-phase monitoring relay. When the circuit breaker is in the closed state, this relay is used to monitor the tripping circuit. When the circuit breaker is in the tripped state, this relay automatically switches to monitoring its closing circuit. When the following situations occur, this relay sends an alarm signal:
1.1 Loss of DC power supply for circuit breaker control circuit
1.2 Fault in the tripping and closing coil and its leads
1.3 Fault in auxiliary contacts of circuit breaker
1.4 The inherent fault of the relay
THJ-1, Technical data of type 2 circuit breaker tripping and closing circuit monitoring relay
2.1 Rated voltage: 220VDC, 110VDC
2.2 Operating voltage: not exceeding 70% of the rated voltage
2.3 Return voltage: not exceeding 5% of rated voltage
2.4 The monitoring current of the circuit for tripping and closing should be approximately 8mA at the rated voltage.
The contact breaking capacity of 2.5 is 220V and 30W.
