The QJ4-80 gas relay is a protective device used in fully sealed transformers. The gas relay, hereinafter referred to as the relay, is installed on the oil tank of the fully sealed transformer. When a fault occurs inside the transformer, causing the oil to decompose and produce gas or the oil level to be removed from the frame, the contact of the gas relay will act to connect the designated control circuit and promptly send a signal or automatically cut off the power supply of the transformer.
