The GZ-7 aviation obstruction light is a new type of aviation obstruction light developed in accordance with relevant international civil aviation standards. In addition to having all the functions of the GZ-6 type, it is also an improved version of the GZ-6 type and uses a halogen tungsten light source specifically for navigation marks. The lampshade uses high-strength, high-temperature resistant Fresnel glass lenses, making the flashing light source longer and the radiation distance farther.

The GZ-7 (medium intensity) aviation obstruction light has four synchronous flashing control methods to choose from:
1. Economy type - Use the main control light to control multiple auxiliary lights (commonly known as mother and child lights) to achieve synchronous flashing.
2. Ordinary type - using a centralized control box to achieve synchronous flashing.
3. Intelligent - using synchronous cables to achieve synchronous flashing.
4. Digital type - using power line carrier remote control technology, no control box required, synchronous line for synchronization.
