The JY series static rail type voltage relay (hereinafter referred to as this relay) is used as an overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, or low-voltage interlocking starting element in relay protection devices for motors, generators, transformers, and transmission and transformation lines.

Normal working conditions
1. Environmental temperature: -10 ℃ to+50 ℃.
2. Relative humidity: ≤ 90%.
3. Atmospheric pressure: 80Kpa to 110Kpa.
4. Installation location: Any.
5. Surrounding environment: It should have equipment to resist sunlight, rain, snow, wind, and sand; Explosive media are not allowed, and the air does not contain gases or conductive media that can cause metal corrosion or insulation damage; Relays are not allowed to have an external magnetic induction intensity exceeding 1.5mT, as well as strong vibrations and impacts during operation.

5. Return coefficient: overvoltage not less than 0.90, undervoltage not greater than 1.05.
6. Voltage error: The average error of voltage setting is ≤± 3%, and the average error is calculated as (average of 5 measurements - setting value) divided by the setting value multiplied by 100%.
7. Delay error: The error within 10 seconds shall not exceed ± (1 ‰+20ms), and the error after 10 seconds shall not exceed ± (1%+20ms)
8. Power consumption: The auxiliary power supply is less than 5VA; the starting power supply is less than 2.5VA.
9. Insulation resistance: The insulation resistance between the live terminals of the relay and the exposed non live terminals or the casing shall be measured with a megohmmeter with an open circuit voltage of 500V, and the insulation resistance shall not be less than 300M Ω.
10. Dielectric strength: The live terminals of the relay can withstand an AC voltage of 2KV/50Hz between the exposed non live terminals or the casing, without breakdown or flashover for 1 minute.

12. Contact capacity: The relay contacts have a breaking capacity of 50 W in circuits with DC inductive loads (time constant of 5ms ± 0.75ms) with voltage not exceeding 250V and current not exceeding 1A, and a breaking capacity of 250VA in AC circuits with voltage not exceeding 250V and current not exceeding 2A (power factor of 0.4 ± 0.1). The contact connection capacity is DC250V/2A and AC250V/5A.
13. Contact life: electrical life 105 times, mechanical life 106 times.
14. Action time: When the overvoltage relay is 1.2 times the set value, the action time shall not exceed 25ms; when the undervoltage relay is 0.5 times the set value, the action time shall not exceed 20ms.
15. Return time: no more than 27ms.
