SXB series phase sequence protector
1 Overview
The SXB series phase sequence protector is mainly used for various fault detection of AC 50/60Hz, rated voltage below 460V, industrial three-phase 220V, 380V, 440V, 460V and other voltage levels. It provides relay protection for three-phase input power supply phase loss, reverse phase (phase sequence), etc. The product is widely used in air compressors, motors, distribution boxes, water pumps, oil pumps, central air conditioning units, electric control boxes, distribution cabinets, cranes, etc., such as central air conditioning compressor protection, power monitoring of various elevators, anti phase loss and reverse phase protection of water pumps and oil pumps, etc. It is an indispensable protection product for maintaining normal working voltage of industrial equipment during operation.
This product complies with the GB14085.5-2001 eqv IEC60947-1:1999 standard. Warning! This product is generally used for sampling the power side of three-phase power supplies and should not be installed on the output side of variable frequency power supplies!
2 Structural Features
1) Installation method: The protector base adopts a guide rail type, with two M4 screw hole structures inside, and can be installed independently or on HT35 guide rails.
2) Indicator lights: Three indicator lights are used to indicate: normal, phase loss (voltage three-phase imbalance), and reverse phase.
3) Dimensions: 79mm × 23mm × 79mm.
4 Protection Characteristics
1) Phase loss protection: Refers to a delay of 2 seconds in the event of a phase failure in either the operating or non operating state of the protected circuit.
2) Reverse phase protection: a protective measure to prevent the wrong phase sequence connection of L1, L2, and L3 three-phase AC, with a delay of 2 seconds.
5 Main Technical Data
1) Main circuit:
1) Rated voltage: 220VAC, 380VAC, 440VAC, 460VAC.
2) The connecting wire of the main circuit: insulated copper wire with a load area of 1.0-2.5mm. If a single strand of copper wire can be directly inserted into the terminal post; If a flexible wire is used, a pin type connector must be added to the wire to ensure reliable connection.
2) Auxiliary circuit:
1) It has two normally open and two normally closed contacts that are electrically inseparable.
2) Usage category: AC15, DC13
3) Contact capacity: 250VAC 6A, 30VDC 3A
4) Agreed heating current: 6A
