3. Structure Overview | |
| 3.1 Sensors The sensor is made of pillar insulator type and embedded with high-strength dielectric functional material to form a core rod capacitor C1. One end of C1 is connected to the high-voltage bus through an upper flange, and the other end of C1 is connected to the lower end (secondary terminal) of the sensor (see Figure 2). The external structure of the sensor is made into different heights and various umbrella skirts according to the matching requirements (as shown in Figure 4-7). According to installation requirements, the upper flange is made with single screw holes, double screw holes, and four screw holes (specific hole diameter, hole spacing, and hole number are shown in Table 2). There are two types of external insulation structures for sensors: a. The sensor is made of an outer insulation sleeve made of high-voltage porcelain cloth, with a high-voltage capacitor C1 buried in the middle, and its model is CG1 (see Figure 2). b. The sensor is made of outer insulation sleeve and high-voltage capacitor C1, made of SMC material with flame retardancy and hydrophobicity, and made of silk. Its model is CG3 (see Figure 3). | |

| 3.2 Monitor The display functions include prompt type and forced type. The prompt type has single display (i.e. three sensors with one display, wiring principle shown in Figure 10) and dual display (i.e. three sensors with two displays, wiring principle the same as single display), with the two displays installed on two different sides of the switchgear. Warning neon lights are not allowed to rest. Compulsory type: It not only has all the functions of prompt type, but also uses pumping signals to control electronic switches and cooperates with electromagnetic locks to perform compulsory locking. When only one phase of the three-phase circuit is charged, the electromagnetic lock cannot be unlocked. The direct key switch in the monitor is used to select the working and resting status of the neon lamp. When the neon lamp is in a resting state, the strong wire locking circuit cannot be unlocked (see wiring principle in Figure 11). Note: Type I displays come in two types: prompt type and forced locking type. The Type II monitor only has a prompt type and does not have a forced locking function. 4. Appearance and installation dimensions 4.1 The appearance and installation dimensions of the sensor are shown in Figure 4-7 and Table 2. | |
