4. Insulation level
The insulation level of metallurgical motors is H level, and the insulation level of lifting motors is F.
5. Junction box
The motor stator junction box is located at the top of the machine base and can be wired from either side of the machine base.
6. Transmission mode
Electric motors use couplings or gears for rotation. When using spur gears for rotation, the gear pitch diameter should not be less than twice the shaft extension diameter.
7. Brush holder and electric brush
The brush holder of the YZR series electric motor is equipped with the latest designed constant voltage spring. When the brush wears out during operation, the pressure between the collector ring and the brush can remain unchanged. The brand of the electric brush used is J201, and the dimensions are shown in Table 7.
