Characteristics and Applications:

The YZR and YZ series electric motors for lifting and metallurgy have the characteristics of high overload capacity and high mechanical strength, making them particularly suitable for driving various types of lifting and metallurgical machinery or other similar equipment.

The YZR series lifting and metallurgical motors are wound rotor motors, which comply with JB/T10105 "Technical Conditions for YZR Series Lifting and Metallurgical Three phase Asynchronous Motors with wound rotors". The YZ series lifting and metallurgical motors are cage type motors. Complies with JB/T10104 "Technical Conditions for YZ Series Three phase Asynchronous Motors with Winding Rotors for Lifting and Metallurgy".

The working cycle of this series of motors is divided into eight types: S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S7, S8, and S9. 1. Short term work schedule (S2)

5. The electric motor can operate normally under the following conditions.
(1) The ambient temperature should not exceed 40 ℃ (for general environments) or 60 ℃ (for metallurgical environments);
(2) Altitude not exceeding 1000m;
(3) Frequent mechanical vibration and impact;
(4) Frequent starting, braking (electrical or mechanical), and reversing.
The rated frequency of the motor is 50Hz and the rated voltage is 380V.
7. Connection method: Stator windings with a power of 132kW or less are connected using the Y connection method, while the rest are connected using the △ connection method. Motors with the Y connection method can have a zero point lead wire added.
