The JDG4-0.5TH marine voltage transformer is used for measuring voltage, electrical energy, and relay protection in AC lines with a frequency of 50-60Hz and a voltage of 500V or below.
characteristic
The iron core system is made of cold-rolled silicon steel sheets in a C-shape, and the mounting seat and terminal bracket are securely fastened with tin plated steel strips to prevent loosening. The primary and secondary coils are wrapped around the middle columns of two C-shaped iron cores.
General Technical Data
The transformer can be used for a long time in 110% rated voltage lines, and its coil temperature rise does not exceed 60 ℃ when the secondary load is at its maximum capacity. The transformer can withstand insulation withstand voltage tests with a primary coil to secondary coil and ground voltage of 3kV and a secondary coil to ground voltage of 2kV, both lasting for 1 minute without breakdown or flashover.
