SM (spindle type) MNS (cylindrical type) wave coil insulators are made of DMC unsaturated resin high-temperature injection molding. The product has excellent insulation performance, high strength, high temperature resistance, safety and reliability, and a rated voltage of 660V, making it the superior choice for fixed busbars in low-voltage distribution cabinets.
The low-voltage busbar insulator is made of DMC unsaturated resin at high temperature, with high temperature resistance, high voltage resistance, and excellent insulation performance. Commonly used is MNS40-100.
Introduction to DMC resin
DMC is an abbreviation for Dough molding compound, which stands for bulk molding compound. It is commonly referred to as unsaturated polyester bulk molding compound in China. Its main raw materials are short cut glass fibers, unsaturated resin, fillers, and various additives that are fully mixed to form a pre impregnated material in the form of a cluster. DMC materials were first applied in West Germany and the United Kingdom in the 1960s, and then developed significantly in the United States and Japan in the 1970s and 1980s, respectively. Due to its excellent electrical performance, mechanical performance, heat resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, and adaptability to various molding processes, it can meet the performance requirements of various products, and is therefore increasingly favored by a large number of users.
