structural principle

The ZMBK pneumatic thin film multi-stage high-pressure regulating valve consists of a pneumatic thin film actuator and a multi-stage high-pressure valve. The valve body is forged as a whole, with an angular connection shape. There is no flange on the valve body, and the pipeline flange is directly connected to the valve body through bolts. The valve core adopts a pressure balanced structure.
Principle: When the signal pressure is input into the membrane chamber, it generates thrust, causing the push rod to move and driving the valve core to move, thereby changing the flow area between the valve core and the valve seat, achieving the regulation of flow rate and other process parameters.
