Overview of the main structure of DF1 series travel switch

The limit switch is mainly composed of a contact group, a rotating shaft, a housing, etc. The shell is made of cast aluminum parts. The contact breaking of the limit switch is achieved by driving the rotating shaft with the operating arm, causing the cam on the rotating shaft to move. The cam and adjustment sleeve on the shaft are uniformly equipped with 24 teeth on the circumference of the diameter 26. The cam angle can be adjusted as needed to achieve the desired closing program. When adjusting, simply remove the screws on the end cover and adjustment sleeve. The rocker arm can also be adjusted freely within 360 degrees (every 15 degrees). The limit switch has 2 sets of contact groups.

Operation and Maintenance
Operate the limit switch operating arm according to the required opening and closing procedures, observe whether the opening and closing of the contacts are the same as the required opening and closing procedures, and adjust them if they do not match. All screw connections must be sturdy, especially the contact group wiring screws. The friction part should have some lubrication. The maximum movement angle of the lever operated arm is 45 degrees clockwise and counterclockwise respectively, and the movement angle required to close the program is 25 degrees clockwise and counterclockwise respectively; The maximum movement angle of the fork type manipulator arm is 90 degrees clockwise or counterclockwise, and the movement angle required to achieve the required closing program is 50 degrees clockwise or counterclockwise.
