ZMABN pneumatic diaphragm dual seat regulating valve consists of a pneumatic diaphragm multi spring actuator and a dual seat valve.
Replacing the old ZMAB actuator with a new ZHAB multi spring actuator has the advantages of low height, light weight, and easy installation and maintenance.
A double seat valve has two valve core balls, one on the upper and one on the lower. The thrust exerted by the fluid on the upper and lower valve cores is opposite in direction but close in magnitude. The unbalanced force is small, allowing for a large pressure difference. The rated flow coefficient is larger than that of a single seat valve of the same diameter, but the leakage of this valve is larger than that of a single seat valve.
Suitable for clean media with less strict requirements for leakage and a large pressure difference before and after the valve.
