YB3-H series marine explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motorDetailed product description:

The YB3-H series marine explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor is a fully enclosed, self fan cooled, squirrel cage, explosion-proof marine three-phase asynchronous motor developed on the basis of the YB3 series motor. Efficiency is evaluated according to the energy efficiency rating standard GB18613-2012 "Energy Efficiency Limit Values and Energy Efficiency Grades for Small and Medium Three phase Asynchronous Motors", reaching the national level 3 energy efficiency, equivalent to the European standard EFF1 level. This series of motors has the characteristics of excellent electrical performance, safe and reliable use, and low vibration and noise.
The power level and installation dimensions of YB3-H series marine explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motors comply with the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC60072-1) standard, and their corresponding relationship is the same as the German DIN42673 standard, which is conducive to the matching of export equipment and the introduction of spare parts for equipment.
The explosion-proof performance of this series of motors complies with GB3836.1-2010 "Explosive Atmosphere Part 1: Equipment
According to the General Requirements and GB3836.2-2010 Explosive Atmosphere Part 2: Equipment Protected by Flameproof Enclosures "d", the explosion-proof level is Ex d IIB T4 Gb.
This series of motors has been certified by China Classification Society (CCS), and all performance indicators meet or exceed the requirements of ships and marine engineering for motors. Applicable to environments where Class IIB explosive gas mixtures with temperature groups T1, T2, T3, and T4 exist in ships and marine engineering.
2、 Structural description
The explosion-proof structure of the electric motor has ExdIIAT4 Gb and ExdIIBT4 Gb.
The protection level of the motor body casing is IP55 and IP56.
The cooling method for the electric motor is IC411.
The insulation level of the motor is Class F, and the stator winding has a large temperature rise margin and a long service life.
The electric motor has a cylindrical shaft extension and is driven by a coupling or spur gear.
The stator winding of the electric motor is made of high-strength polyester enameled round copper wire, which is treated with VPI vacuum pressure impregnation to form a complete whole. The winding and insulation have good electrical, mechanical, moisture-proof performance and thermal stability.
The motor rotor adopts a cast aluminum structure, and the rotor has undergone dynamic balance verification. The motor runs smoothly, with low vibration and noise.
The stator and rotor of the electric motor are made of high-quality electrical silicon steel sheets with high magnetic conductivity and low loss, resulting in low motor loss and high efficiency.
The motor bearings are selected as low vibration and low-noise bearings, and double-sided sealed bearings are used for machine base sizes 132 and below. A waveform spring washer is installed at the shaft extension end to ensure moderate vibration
Pressing against the bearing effectively suppresses the vibration and noise generated during the operation of the electric motor; Machine base size 160 and above adopts an inner and outer cover structure, and a retaining ring is used to fix the bearing in the axial direction, effectively preventing axial movement of the motor rotor.
In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the electric motor, oil injection and discharge devices can be installed on the bearing structure of motors with machine base numbers 160-225 according to customer requirements. For motors with machine base numbers 250 and above, positions for bearing temperature monitoring sensing elements are reserved.
3、 Usage conditions
Environmental conditions for use:
The maximum ambient air temperature varies with the season, but does not exceed+45 ℃. If the motor is used in an environment with a maximum air temperature above+45 ℃, it shall be negotiated between the manufacturer and the user. The minimum ambient air temperature is -20 ℃, and if it falls below -20 ℃, it will be negotiated between the manufacturer and the user.
The maximum relative humidity of the ambient air is 95%, and there is condensation.
There are effects of salt spray, oil spray, mold, and seawater.
There are impacts and vibrations generated during the normal operation of ships.
Tilt and sway
Tilt: ± 22.5 º
Swing: ± 22.5 º.
Horizontal and vertical tilting may occur simultaneously.
Electrical conditions used:
Rated voltage
Machine base numbers 63-71 have a voltage of 380V;
Machine base size 80-100, voltage: 380V, 660V;
Machine base numbers 112-355, voltage: 380V, 660V, 380/660V;
Rated frequency: 50Hz
Work system: S1 work system - continuous work system;
Note: Special design and manufacturing can also be carried out according to the voltage and frequency requirements of the user. Such as 440V, 60Hz.
*The electrical performance, structure, installation method, and external dimensions of the electric motor are the same as those of the YB3 standard series.
