Overview of HSJ-10, HSJ-20, and HSJ-30 AC/DC Time Relays
The HSJ series static time relay is used in the secondary concave circuit relay protection and automatic control circuit of the power system as a delay device to enable the controlled components to obtain the required delay. This product is an integrated circuit static relay with advantages such as high precision, low power consumption, convenient operation, and wide range. The product is divided into three series: IlSJ-10, HSJ-20, HSJ-30, which replace electromagnetic relays such as DS-100, DS-20, DS-30, etc. Solved the unreliable shortcomings such as unstable performance and large delay difference of SSJ-10, SSJ-20, and SSJ30 of the same type, and added AC/DC dual-use function.

3. Main technical data of AC/DC time relays for HSJ-10, HSJ-20, and HSJ-30 trains
Rated voltage: AC/DC 220V, 110V, 48V. Time delay setting range: 0.02-99.9s (with a difference of 0.1s).
Delay setting value: not greater than ± 0.1%+3ms of the delay setting value.
Consistency of action delay: not limited to ± 0.1%+3ms of the delay threshold.
Action value: The action voltage shall not exceed 70% of the rated voltage.
Return value: The return voltage is not less than 30% of the rated voltage.
Power consumption: not exceeding 5W.
Contact capacity: In a DC inductive load circuit with a voltage not exceeding 250V, current not exceeding 5V, and a time constant of 5 ± 0.75ms, the product's output contact capacity is 50W. Under the specified load conditions, the product can reliably operate and return 5 x 104 times. The long-term allowable current for the output contact is 5A.
Dielectric strength: When the conductive terminals of the product are connected together, it can withstand a 2000V (effective value) 50Hz AC voltage for 1 minute without insulation breakdown or flashover between exposed non charged metal parts or shells.
