The DZMF series (electric brake type) electromagnetic brake is a special structured electric brake that can be paired with Y, Y2, or Y3 series motors to generate the YEJF series of new electric brake motors. It is suitable for various transmission mechanical equipment that require special braking functions. Through automatic control and other means, the best braking effect can be achieved. Working principle:
The main components of DZMF series electromagnetic brake include magnetic yoke, coil, friction plate, armature, and adjusting nut. When the coil is energized, it generates a suction force that attracts the armature and comes into contact with the friction plate, generating a frictional torque that quickly brakes the rotating components. When the coil is powered off, the armature is quickly released from the brake under the action of the reset spring. It does not have an unloaded braking torque and is not suitable for lifting mechanical equipment with gravity sag or movement.  

The DZMF series electromagnetic brake belongs to the self cooling cooling method, with short power on time and a temperature resistance level of F for the coil. Debugging method:
1. Tools: Allen wrench, hook wrench, and feeler gauge
2. Method: According to the "δ" appendix, select the thickness of the feeler gauge corresponding to the maximum wear gap, insert it into the gap "δ" to check the value, and adjust the gap when it is greater than the maximum wear gap. Select the thickness of the feeler gauge corresponding to the working gap, use an Allen wrench to loosen the Allen screw (7) so that the adjusting nut (6) can be rotated. Insert the feeler gauge into the gap "δ", screw the adjusting nut (6) inward to press the feeler gauge sheet, and then rotate the motor rotor to check that there is no friction between the armature (5) and the magnetic yoke (2). Use an Allen wrench to tighten the Allen screw (7) and pull out the feeler gauge.
