Debugging method:
1. Tools: Allen wrench, hook wrench, and feeler gauge
2. Method: According to the "δ" appendix, select the thickness of the feeler gauge corresponding to the maximum wear gap, insert it into the gap "δ" to check the value, and adjust the gap when it is greater than the maximum wear gap. Select the thickness of the feeler gauge corresponding to the working gap, use an Allen wrench to loosen the Allen screw (7) so that the adjusting nut (6) can be rotated. Insert the feeler gauge into the gap "δ", screw the adjusting nut (6) inward to press the feeler gauge sheet, and then rotate the motor rotor to check that there is no friction between the armature (5) and the magnetic yoke (2). Use an Allen wrench to tighten the Allen screw (7) and pull out the feeler gauge.
The brake stroke clearance "δ" and distance directly affect the torque and braking time. Debugging should be done carefully and meticulously. Appendix "δ" Value
