Contact Capacity: The product's contacts should be able to disconnect DC circuits with a voltage not exceeding 250V and a current not exceeding 0.5A, a capacity of 30W for inductive loads (time constant of 5 ± 0.75ms), or a voltage not exceeding 250V and a current not exceeding lA, a capacity of 100VA circuits, and a power factor of 0.4 ± 0.1.  
Dielectric strength: When the conductive circuits of the relay are connected together, they should be able to withstand an AC test voltage of 2000V (effective value) and 50Hz for 1 minute between the exposed non charged metal parts and the shell, and between the coil circuit and the contact circuit, without any air strikes or flashover phenomena.
