GLD200 Mining current sensorDetailed product description:

The GLD200 mining current sensor is a specialized instrument developed to monitor changes in the working current of underground equipment. This sensor can automatically convert the current of mine equipment into standard electrical signals and transmit them to related equipment, with the function of displaying the current value on site.
Main parameters of GLD200 mining current sensor:
Basic measurement error: ± 0.2% FS
Display mode: Four digit red digital display
Signal output frequency: 200 Hz~1000Hz
This output corresponds linearly to 0~200A or 0~800A
Signal carrying capacity: ≥ 500 Ω Sampling method: Inductive
Component detection response speed: ≤ 30s Component lifespan: ≥ 2 years
Working voltage: 9 V~24V DC Working current: ≤ 70mA (18V DC)
Explosion proof type: Exib I
The usage method of GLD200 mining current sensor
1. Wiring: The output wiring should be strictly wired according to the colors marked below.
a. Sensor wiring instructions
Red wire - positive pole of power supply (aviation plug pin 1)
Black wire - negative pole of power supply (2nd pin of aviation plug)
Yellow line - frequency signal (current type) output (aviation plug pin 3)
Green wire - power-off signal (current type) output (aviation plug pin 4)
b. Connection method of sensing head
a) In the wiring compartment of the switchgear, pass the wire to be tested through the current transformer;
b) The transformer outputs a current signal of 0-5A based on the detected current flowing through the detection wire, and connects the current signal to the current transmitter;
c) The current transmitter converts the 0-5A current signal into a 4-20mA intrinsic safety signal output, which is connected to the input aviation socket of the sensor.
2. Remote control: The button functions are as follows:
Select key ": Select the debugging function.
"Confirm key": confirm the selection of parameters, press this key after selecting parameters, which means that the parameters of the current calibration function will be stored in memory and the commissioning work will be completed.
△ ": Up key - Press the up key once to increase the debugging data by 1;
▽ ": Down key - Press the down key once to subtract 1 from the debugging data;
Attention: Once the parameters of the instrument have been adjusted, the selection button on the remote control must be pressed before power off to make the function prompt disappear. Otherwise, the adjusted parameters will not be stored in the memory, resulting in the invalidity of this adjustment!!!
