The DLY1 series electromagnetic clutch is a tooth embedded sliding ring electromagnetic clutch mainly used in mechanical transmission systems. It can achieve the combination of the driven part and the active part when the relative speed of the main and driven parts is low or zero, thereby achieving the purpose of starting stop reversing, positioning, etc. Widely used in industries such as metal processing machinery, metallurgical steel rolling machinery, packaging machinery, medical machinery, food processing machinery, textile printing and dyeing machinery, papermaking machinery, precision machine tools, etc.
The DLY1 series tooth embedded slip ring electromagnetic clutch can operate reliably under the following conditions:
The ambient air temperature ranges from -5 ℃ to+40 ℃.
2. In a medium without explosive hazards, and without gases or conductive dust that can corrode metals and damage insulation.
3. The clutch needs to work with lubricating oil.
4. The voltage fluctuation of the clutch coil shall not exceed+5% and -15% of the rated voltage.
5. The altitude of the clutch installation location shall not exceed 2000 meters.
