Scope of application
The JJ1 series autotransformer voltage reducing starting control cabinet is suitable for three-phase squirrel cage induction motors with AC 50HZ (or 60HZ), rated working voltage of 380V or 660V, power of 11KW~300KW for voltage reducing starting, and can accelerate the motor to rated speed and manually stop the motor. Equipped with overload and short circuit protection for electric motors, and overload protection for starting time for autotransformers

Note: The first combination of work schedules: an eight hour work schedule; Short term work schedule; Continue the cycle work system at 3 times per hour; Continuing the non periodic work cycle allows for 6 operations per hour (with uniform time intervals), followed by cooling to the ambient air temperature.
The second combination of work schedules: an eight hour work schedule; Uninterrupted work system; Short term work schedule; Continue the cycle work system at 6 times per hour; Continuing non periodic work allows for 12 operations per hour (with uniform time intervals), followed by cooling to the ambient air temperature

Normal working conditions and installation conditions
1. The maximum air temperature around shall not exceed positive 40 degrees Celsius, and the minimum temperature shall not be lower than negative 5 degrees Celsius;
2. The average temperature of the surrounding air for 24 hours shall not exceed 35 degrees Celsius.
3. The altitude of the installation location shall not exceed 2000m;
4. The monthly average maximum humidity of the air is not greater than 90% (when the average temperature is 25 degrees Celsius);
5. The pollution level of the local micro environment around the starter cabinet shall not exceed level 3.

2. The starting performance of this series of products;
a、 The starting cabinet allows for two consecutive starts from a cold state, with each start lasting 15 seconds and an interval of 30 seconds;
b、 The starter cabinet allows for one or multiple consecutive starts, with a total starting time not exceeding the specifications in Table 1. Before restarting, the autotransformer should be cooled to the ambient air temperature;
3. This product uses current conversion for the transition from start-up to operation. The release current setting value of the current time conversion device can refer to the values specified in Table 1;
4. The protection of the autotransformer during start-up is achieved through forced conversion by a current time conversion device, and the time speed setting value of this device is not greater than the specified value in Table 1:
