5. The installation location should be free of corrosive gases, steam, conductive or explosive dust.
6. Anti pollution ability: The creepage distance of the external insulation shall not be less than 25mm/kV (relative to the maximum operating voltage of the system), and for heavily polluted areas, it can be taken as 35mm/kV.
Installation requirements
There should be no large ferromagnetic components within 1.1 times the diameter range from the center of the reactor. The distance between the centers of two sets or two reactors placed horizontally shall not be less than 1.7 times the outer diameter of the body.
Within the range affected by the alternating magnetic field of the reactor, metal objects such as protective fences, grounding wires, bases, and steel bars in the floor slab shall not form a closed circuit to avoid circulating current losses.
To ensure the normal heat dissipation conditions during the operation of the reactor, there should be no objects at the lower and upper parts of the reactor that are sufficient to block the flow of heat dissipation airflow through the reactor.
