1. Introduction (Applications)
The DZS3 series A-type electromagnetic power-off brake is a friction brake that disengages (releases) when powered on and applies spring braking when powered off. It is mainly matched with Y series motors to form YEJ series electromagnetic braking three-phase asynchronous motors. Widely used in metallurgy, construction, chemical, food, machine tools, packaging and other machinery, as well as in situations such as emergency braking during power outages.
This type of brake has the advantages of compact structure, easy installation, wide adaptability, low noise, high operating frequency, sensitive action, and reliable braking, making it an ideal automation actuator.

3. Manual release device instructions:
This is a manual release device that can release both soft and hard. When the release screw is tightened, the release plate is pushed by the steel ball, thereby pulling the armature to release the brake. When the screw is loosened, the armature is reset by the spring force, restoring the braking state, which is called hard release; When soft releasing, the release screw must be replaced with a handle, and the brake can be released by pulling the handle towards the rear end. 5. Installation: Installation

The friction plate and armature surface must be free of oil stains and must be kept clean;
During installation, it is necessary to ensure an air gap of "δ";
The gear sleeve must not have axial displacement.
