1. Introduction (Applications)

The DZSJ1 series AC electromagnetic power-off brake is a friction brake that disengages (releases) when powered on and applies spring braking when powered off. It is mainly matched with Y series motors to form YEJ series electromagnetic braking three-phase asynchronous motors. Widely used in metallurgy, construction, chemical, food, machine tools, printing, packaging and other machinery, as well as in situations such as emergency braking during power outages.
This type of brake has the advantages of compact structure, wide applicability, high working frequency, sensitive action, reliable braking, easy installation and wiring, no need for rectifiers, and faster braking time than DC brakes. It is an ideal automation actuator.
