The DLTZ4 series electromagnetic power-off brake is a friction brake (hereinafter referred to as the brake) that disengages (releases) when powered on and applies spring braking when powered off. It is mainly matched with Y series motors to form a new type of YEJ series electromagnetic braking three-phase asynchronous motor. Widely used in metallurgy, construction, chemical industry, food, and machinery
In machinery such as beds and packaging, as well as in situations such as safe braking during power outages, achieve rapid parking and accurate positioning.
This type of brake has the advantages of compact structure, easy installation, wide adaptability, low noise, high operating frequency, sensitive action, and reliable braking, making it an ideal automation control actuator.
The brake can reliably operate under the following conditions:
1. The altitude shall not exceed 1000m; the relative humidity of the air shall not exceed 90%; The maximum ambient temperature is 40 degrees Celsius, and the minimum temperature is -15 degrees Celsius
There is no gas or dust in the surrounding medium that can corrode metals and damage insulation.
3. The brake adopts B-level insulation, with voltage fluctuations not exceeding+5% and rated voltage of -15. Its working mode is continuous operation. The brake is composed of magnetic yoke, excitation coil, spring, brake disc, armature, gear sleeve, manual release device, installation screws and other parts. When the brake coil is energized, the coil generates a magnetic field that attracts the armature towards the magnetic yoke, causing the armature to detach (release) from the brake disc; When the coil loses power, the magnetic flux disappears, the armature is released, and the spring applies pressure to the armature, compressing the friction plate on the brake disc and generating braking torque to achieve the purpose of braking.
