III Main structure
JCZ series AC brake is a mechanical braking device that stops the movement of the rotating mechanism through friction. This type of braking torque is generated by electromagnetic control of the brake, and the magnitude of the braking torque can be adjusted by a spring
2. The brake mainly consists of a base, pillars, brake shoes, adjustment rods, and springs. The brake shoes are connected to the pillars, and the pillars are connected to the base by shaft pins, which can tilt or rotate within a certain range. The main spring is installed on the upper part of the pillars
3. The electromagnet is installed at one end of the adjustment rod. When it is powered on, it drives the adjustment rod to compress the main spring. At this time, the two brake shoes open and the rotating mechanism can operate normally When the electromagnetic iron is energized, it drives the adjustment rod to move in the opposite direction. At this time, the elastic pressure of the main spring presses the brake shoe tightly against the rotating brake wheel, causing the mechanism to stop moving
