4. Structure and Characteristics
A circuit breaker consists of a conductive circuit, an insulation system, sealing components, and a housing. The overall structure is a three-phase common box. The conductive circuit is composed of conductive poles for incoming and outgoing lines, conductive clamps for dynamic and static end supports, and vacuum arc extinguishing chambers. The external insulation is mainly achieved through high-voltage porcelain sleeves, which have anti pollution ability. The internal insulation is composite insulation, mainly achieved through transformer oil inside the box, and also solves the condensation problem inside outdoor products. The operating mechanism of this circuit breaker can be equipped with a delay device according to user needs to solve the surge phenomenon that occurs during switch operation. According to user requirements, installing outdoor isolation switches can form obvious isolation fractures, making maintenance and use more convenient and safe.
