The EVS1P-12/T1250-31.5 vacuum circuit breaker arranges the arc extinguishing chamber and the operating mechanism on a irregular frame, that is, an integrated layout. This structural design can make the operating performance of the operating mechanism more in line with the required performance of the arc extinguishing chamber opening and closing, reduce unnecessary intermediate transmission links, lower energy consumption and noise, and make the operating performance of the circuit breaker more reliable. The main circuit of the circuit breaker adopts a structure in which a vacuum arc extinguishing chamber is sealed inside the insulated pole. The vacuum arc extinguishing chamber is longitudinally sealed inside a tubular insulation cylinder, which is cast from epoxy resin using APG technology. This structural design not only prevents the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber from being damaged by external factors, but also ensures that it can exhibit high resistance to voltage effects even in humid, hot, and severely polluted environments.
The operating mechanism is an independent spring energy storage type, with manual and electric energy storage functions. The operating mechanism is placed inside the chassis in front of the arc extinguishing chamber and has a clamp plate structure.
