330 kV power station post insulator (large rod type)Detailed product description:

Scope of application, usage conditions, and classification of 330 kV power station pillar insulators (large rod type)
Outdoor rod-shaped ceramic insulators for power stations below 330 kV are suitable for insulation and support of conductive parts in power frequency AC systems with nominal voltages ranging from 35 to 750 kV in substations, distribution equipment, and electrical equipment of power stations. The installation location of insulators shall not exceed an altitude of 1000m, and the ambient temperature shall be -40 ℃ to+40 ℃.
According to the cleanliness level of the atmospheric environment, insulators are divided into three types: ordinary type, pollution resistant type, and heavy pollution resistant type.
According to the different supported electrical equipment, it is divided into three types: busbar and isolation switch support, wave resistor support, and hollow reactor support.
structural characteristics
Insulators are made by bonding porcelain components and upper and lower metal accessories with cement adhesive. Apply brown glaze on the surface of porcelain or glaze according to the color requested by the user.
The surface of metal accessories is hot-dip galvanized, and insulators with a voltage rating of 330kV and above are used to support busbars, with a voltage equalizing ring on the top.
Standard umbrella shaped insulators are used for ordinary insulators (see Figure 1). The pollution resistant and heavy pollution resistant insulators adopt umbrella shaped structures with alternating large and small umbrellas and edges under the umbrellas, which have been selected through artificial pollution testing (see Figure 2). Due to the protection of the large umbrella, the small umbrella is less susceptible to pollution, and the large distance between the large umbrellas improves the discharge characteristics between them, thereby enhancing the pollution resistance of the insulator and facilitating flushing with charged water.
Heavy pollution resistant insulators are suitable for use under salt dense conditions of 0.08-0.25mg/cm2
Technical standard for 330 kV power station pillar insulators (large rod type)
Insulators are strictly produced in accordance with standards such as IEC168 "Testing of Ceramic or Glass Post Insulators for System Users with a nominal voltage higher than 1000 volts", GB8287.1 "Technical Conditions for High Voltage Post Ceramic Insulators", and GB12744 "Pollution resistant Outdoor Rod shaped Post Ceramic Insulators".
Characteristics of pillar insulators
1. Post insulators meet or exceed relevant national and international standards
The post insulators comply with the technical requirements of GB8287.1 "Technical Conditions for High Voltage Post Ceramic Insulators" and GB12744 "Pollution resistant Outdoor Rod shaped Post Ceramic Insulators", as well as the international standards IEC 168 "Testing of Ceramic or Glass Post Insulators for System Users with a nominal voltage higher than 1000 volts" and IEC publication 815 "Guidelines for the Selection of Insulators under Polluted Conditions".
2. Insulators have high mechanical strength, low dispersion, and safe and reliable operation
3. Insulators have good low-temperature mechanical properties
To test the low-temperature mechanical performance of the product, a freezing test was conducted on ZSW1-110/4 insulators in the low-temperature laboratory of the Water Science Institute of Songliao Water Resources Commission to simulate the changes in outdoor winter temperature. After several temperature cycles, the test crystals were subjected to bending failure tests at low temperatures. The test results demonstrate that the bending failure strength of insulators at -40 ℃ does not show significant changes compared to room temperature.
4. Excellent stain resistance
The anti pollution performance of insulators mainly depends on the structure of the product and the shape of the umbrella skirt. A lot of work has been done in this area. Through design optimization, artificial pollution test optimization, and natural pollution test optimization, the insulator umbrella skirt with alternating sizes and edges under the umbrella was finally determined. The insulator developed with this umbrella skirt has a rated voltage of 126kV, a bending failure load of 252kV not less than 12kV, and a creepage distance of 25mm/kV. Under an equivalent salt density of 0.12mg/cm2, it can withstand the highest operating phase voltage for a long time, that is, the creepage distance of insulator level III, and can withstand equivalent salt pollution level IV. Insulators with a rated voltage of 550kV and a creepage distance of 25mm/kV can operate for a long time under an equivalent salt density of 0.06mg/cm2. The pollution resistance level of insulators is leading in China, with an equivalent salt density value that is one-third higher than similar products with the same creepage distance and diameter umbrella skirt. According to the artificial pollution withstand voltage test conducted by the Northeast Electric Power Test and Research Institute on the insulation, the highest salt density that the insulator with a creepage distance of 31mm/kV can withstand is 0.25mg/cm2.
5. High earthquake resistance level
Insulators with rated voltages of 252kV and 550kV were subjected to seismic performance tests at the Beijing Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research with an intensity of 9, and the test specimens were found to be intact and undamaged.
6. Low radio interference
Insulators with a rated voltage of 550kV generate radio interference of no more than 500 μ V at 1.1 times the maximum operating phase voltage. There is no visible corona on clear days and nights, and the visible corona voltage can reach up to 450kV.
