The 1401151 single piece electromagnetic clutch is dry operated and has a steel friction surface. Widely used in mechanical transmission systems, such as snow sweepers and mechanical tools. When the active side is still running, the driven side of the clutch reliably engages and disengages. There is no no-load torque. The connection and release time is short.

2、 Working conditions
The clutch can reliably operate under the following conditions:
1. Altitude not exceeding 1000m, relative humidity below 90%, ambient temperature between -15 ℃ and 40 ℃
2. There is no gas or dust in the surrounding medium that can corrode metals or damage insulation
3. The insulation level is Class B, and the voltage fluctuation does not exceed+5% and -15%
4. Ensure that the air gap and friction surface are free of oil stains

3、 Structure and Working Principle
The 1401151 electromagnetic clutch consists of a magnetic yoke, coil, baffle, armature, spring, and coupling (see attached diagram for explanation). When the coil is energized, magnetic flux is formed and the armature is attracted, completing the transmission of power. When the coil is powered off, the magnetic flux disappears and the armature spring returns to its original position.

4、 Installation and usage tips
1. The product belongs to the dry type, and the friction surface and armature must be kept clean and free of oil stains.
2. The gap between the baffle and the armature should be less than 1mm, and friction between the baffle and the magnetic yoke should be prohibited during operation.
