product structure
This series of products consists of three parts: glass fiber epoxy resin pull rod, silicone rubber umbrella skirt, and fittings. The silicone rubber umbrella skirt adopts integral injection molding technology, which solves the key problem affecting the reliability of composite insulators - interface electrical breakdown. The connection between the glass pulling rod and the metal fittings adopts a unique bonding process, and can use the most advanced crimping process in China. It is equipped with a fully automatic ultrasonic testing system, with high strength, beautiful appearance, small volume, light weight, and the metal fittings can be galvanized to prevent rust and corrosion. It can be interchanged with ceramic insulators. This product has a reliable structure, does not damage the core rod, and can fully exert its structural strength.

Superior electrical performance, high mechanical strength, and the internal load-bearing epoxy glass fiber pull rod has a tensile and bending strength that is 2 times higher than ordinary steel and 8-10 times higher than high-strength ceramic materials, effectively improving the reliability of safe operation. Its wet withstand voltage and pollution withstand voltage are 2-2.5 times that of ceramic insulators with the same creepage distance, and it does not require cleaning. It can operate safely in heavily polluted areas. Small size, light weight (only 1/6/19 of porcelain insulators of the same voltage level), lightweight structure, easy to transport and install. The silicone rubber umbrella skirt has good hydrophobicity, and its overall structure ensures that the internal insulation is not affected by moisture, without the need for preventive insulation monitoring tests or cleaning, reducing daily maintenance workload. Good sealing performance, strong resistance to electrical corrosion, and the umbrella skirt material has a resistance to leakage and tracing up to TMA4.5 level. It has good aging resistance, corrosion resistance, and low temperature resistance, and can be applied to areas between -40 ℃ and 50 ℃. It has strong impact resistance and shock resistance, good anti brittleness and creep resistance, is not easy to break, has high bending and torsional strength, can withstand internal pressure, strong explosion-proof force, and can be interchangeable with porcelain and glass insulators.
