The Y series 10kV motor (seat numbers 450-630) is a medium-sized three-phase asynchronous motor, and its power series level, installation size, and electrical performance all comply with the national standard GB755-2000 and relevant EC standards. The electric motor adopts a box structure, and the base is welded from steel plates, which is light in weight and easy to disassemble. A protective top cover is installed on the top of the base, and the stator adopts an external pressure mounting structure with reliable fixing and binding at the end. It has undergone multiple inter turn pulses during the manufacturing process; Impulse voltage test and ground withstand voltage test are conducted, and advanced vacuum pressure impregnation solvent-free paint equipment and process CVPl are used for treatment. The squirrel cage rotor is manufactured using advanced and reliable pure aluminum casting technology, with two types of bearings: rolling bearings and sliding bearings, depending on the motor power and speed. The main junction box can be installed on the right side of the motor (viewed from the shaft extension end) or on the left side of the motor according to the ordering requirements. The main junction box has a separate grounding terminal.
