The "mountain" shaped protruding surface between the diaphragm and the valve body is used for sealing, isolating it from the outside world (without a packing box). The flow path of the valve body is simple, smooth, and can be covered with an anti-corrosion layer, making it particularly suitable for applications that require corrosion resistance and high toxicity.
The ZJHG model adopts a multi spring actuator, which reduces both height and weight by 30%; The surface of the valve body is coated with multiple materials to avoid direct contact with the medium and withstand the corrosion of highly corrosive media; When the valve is closed, the internal and external leakage is zero, which is particularly suitable for regulating highly toxic media or media that do not allow contamination; The valve body has a simple flow path, low resistance, and a larger rated flow coefficient than single seat and sleeve regulating valves of the same diameter.
