1. Scope of application
The BKNS series molded case circuit breaker has a rated insulation voltage of 950V and is suitable for AC 50Hz or (60Hz), rated working voltage of 690V and below, and rated working current of 12.5A to 630A. It is used to distribute electrical energy and is used for infrequent closing and opening under normal conditions. It also provides protection in case of line and equipment overload or undervoltage. Circuit breakers with rated shell level current of 400A or below can also be used for infrequent starting, operation interruption, and protection in the event of motor overload, short circuit, and undervoltage of squirrel cage motors.
2. Model and meaning

Note: Circuit breakers for power distribution have no code; The motor protection type is "2".
The handle can be operated directly without a code; Electric operation function "P" represents; Rotate the handle and use "Z" to indicate.
Rated short-circuit breaking capacity level: D - Economic type N - Standard type H - High breaking type L - Ultra high breaking type
3. Classification of BKNS series molded case circuit breakers
(1) Divided by installation method: vertical installation, horizontal installation;
(2) Divided by the purpose of the circuit breaker: distribution protection type, motor protection type;
(3) Divided by wiring method: front board wiring, back board wiring, plug-in wiring;
(4) Divided by operation mode: direct operation of the handle, external rotation of the handle operation, and electric operation;
(5) According to the type of release, there are only momentary action release (electromagnetic release), thermal+electromagnetic release (compound), and electronic release;
(6) Divided by number of poles: two poles, three poles, four poles;
There are four types of neutral pole (N-pole) in a four pole circuit breaker:
Type A: The N pole does not have an overcurrent release installed, and the N pole is always connected and does not open or close together with the other three poles;
Type B: The N-pole does not have an overcurrent release installed, and the N-pole is connected and disconnected together with the other three poles;
Type C: The N-pole is equipped with an overcurrent release, and the N-pole is connected and disconnected together with the other three poles;
D-type: The N-pole is equipped with an overcurrent release, and the N-pole is always connected and does not open or close together with the other three poles;
