Installation of VB-7000 series flange electric control valve
·Install according to the flow direction displayed on the valve body.
·Before installation, it is necessary to ensure that the pipeline is clean and free of oxide scale left during welding.
·When the pipeline is connected to the valve body, it must be securely fitted and not subjected to vibration;
·Factories that operate with high-temperature fluids (such as steam, superheated, and hot liquids) should use expansion joints during installation to avoid pipeline expansion and squeezing valve bodies.
·When installing the driver vertically on the valve body, avoid installing the driver under the valve body.
·Sufficient space needs to be left for daily maintenance to remove the driver from the valve body.
·The valve body cannot be installed in explosive environments or environments with temperatures higher than 50 ℃ or not lower than -5 ℃, nor can it be placed in steam, hydraulic jet or drip locations.
