The TLZ series rectifier is designed specifically for DZM type brakes. It rectifies AC power into DC power, providing power for the operation of the DC brake and implementing input and output protection circuits. Crafted with high-quality electronic components from domestic and international brands, it is safe and reliable. It can be directly installed in the junction box of the motor, easy to use, and suitable for high-frequency operation of inductive devices.

TLZ series rectifier wiring method:

Quick brake wiring diagram Slow brake wiring diagram
Note: 1. Connect the motor with a brake DC voltage of 99V according to the dashed line.
2. Connect the motor with a brake DC voltage of 170V according to the solid line.
Attention:
1. Temporary wiring of rectifier 3 and 4 points is used for factory testing of the motor, and users should follow the wiring method when using them;
2. Quick braking is required to disconnect the short-circuit wires at points 3 and 4 and connect them to the normally open auxiliary contacts of the AC contactor;
3. If the motor is used with a variable frequency power supply, the rectifier must not use a variable frequency power supply, and the incoming lines of power supply 1 and 2 must be connected from the power supply in front of the frequency converter.
