1. Product Introduction
The DTSDI79 three-phase electronic multifunctional carrier energy meter is an assessment instrument designed and manufactured based on the actual power consumption of industrial users, using large-scale integrated circuits, digital sampling processing technology, and SMT technology. This electric energy meter is suitable for multi rate electric energy meters for small and medium-sized users, and is a multifunctional electric energy meter for non ordinary industrial three-phase metering point assessment.
The performance indicators of the DTSDI79 three-phase electronic multifunctional carrier energy meter comply with the technical requirements of GB/T17215 "Level 1 and Level 2 Static AC Active Energy Meter" and DL/T698-1999 "Technical Conditions for Centralized Meter Reading System for Low Voltage Power Users", and its communication complies with the requirements of DL/T645 "Multi functional Meter Communication Protocol".
This meter can measure active power, demand, and reactive power in a time-sharing manner; Display various data as needed; Communicate through carrier wave, infrared interface or RS485 interface to monitor operating parameters and achieve various functions such as data recording and storage.
2. Functional features
measurement function
1) Time division measurement of positive and negative active energy (active energy measurement method can be set), and storage of current, last month, and previous month data;
2) Time division measurement of forward and reverse reactive power (reactive power measurement method can be set), and storage of current, last month, and previous month data;
3) Measure the total active and reactive energy, and store data for the current, previous, and previous months;
4) Time division measurement of reactive energy in four quadrants, and storage of current, last month, and previous month data;
5) Measure the maximum demand and occurrence time of forward and reverse active power in a time-sharing manner, and store the current, last month, and previous month data;
6) Time division measurement of maximum reactive power demand and occurrence time in both forward and reverse directions, and storage of current, last month, and previous month data;
7) The maximum demand cycle is available in 5, 10, 15, 30, and 60 minutes.
Ø Multiple rate function
1) Programmable 4 rates, 12 time periods, 5 daily time period tables, 4 time zones, 12 public holidays, and 3 days of Spring Festival;
2) It has a backup period function (not switched when the date and year are ≥ 96), and records the number of switches, switching time, and the amount of electricity at the time of switching. The rate switch is immediately performed after regular time calibration;
3) The external clock chip has calendar, timing, and anniversary automatic switching functions, as well as temperature compensation function.
display function
1) LCD display, able to display clearly within the temperature range of -30 ℃ to+55 ℃;
2) Equipped with automatic parameter rotation display function, the parameters, time, and sequence of the rotation display can be set arbitrarily;
3) Equipped with button display function, the display content and order can be set arbitrarily;
4) Use the remote control to view any data content;
5) Equipped with backlight function, the backlight can be illuminated through remote control or button operation. Whether the backlight is activated during power outage and wake-up can be set;
6) It has the function of automatically displaying self check information codes every minute.
Ø Communication function
1) The electricity meter has two RS485 interfaces, one infrared communication interface, and one carrier communication interface. A PC or handheld computer can communicate with the electricity meter through three communication interfaces simultaneously, truly achieving three party communication without interference. Infrared broadcast timing does not need to be limited by programming switches;
2) The RS485 interface is electrically isolated from the inside of the meter and is designed with lightning protection circuits;
3) The communication protocol refers to DL/T645;
4) Both 485 ① and 485 ② ports have dynamic baud rate communication function;
5) Meet the communication function of carrier packaged data in the Heilongjiang Energy saving Information Collection and Management System.
Output function
1) It has the function of outputting active and reactive power test pulses, as well as positive and negative active and positive and negative reactive power pulse test (remote control) ports;
2) It has multifunctional output function, which can realize output functions such as 1Hz clock, demand cycle replacement signal, time period switching signal, remote control, overload tripping, etc;
3) It has alarm light and buzzer alarm functions, and the buzzer is controlled by voice controlled alarm status words.
Event recording function
1) Real time measurement of effective values such as A, B, and C three-phase voltage, current, power, frequency, etc;
2) It has event recording functions such as loss of voltage, total loss of voltage, phase failure, loss of current, overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, power outage, programming, demand reset, broadcast timing, meter/end cap opening, voltage qualification rate, etc. It also has self checking error codes, password setting, and closing switch functions inside the instrument;
3) It has the function of freezing the battery level before the last 9 data clearances.
special function
1) Equipped with power outage button wake-up function, infrared and light wake-up functions, light wake-up is optional (within 3 days of power outage), and infrared meter reading can be awakened during power outage;
2) It has the functions of fault information prompt and alarm (LCD, alarm light);
3) Load represents the hourly energy recording function of the day;
4) Equipped with power data packet function;
5) It has the function of recording load curves (up to 2 types of loads can be recorded), the freezing time of load curves can be set, and the data can be copied back through a PC;
6) It has the function of freezing data for the past 48 hours, and freezes data to make up for zero during power outages;
7) It has the functions of instant freezing, zero point freezing, and time zone end energy freezing;
8) Optional lid opening recording function;
9) It has the function of freezing positive active energy from 0:00 to 23:00 today and yesterday.
